Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping methods

We ship via tracked, insured domestic carriers. Estimated transit time is 2–5 business days after dispatch. A tracking number is emailed automatically once your order leaves our facility.

Packaging

All shipments are packed discreetly with no external markings indicating contents. Temperature-sensitive products include cold packs where required.

Shipping destinations

At this time Alpha Strand Labs ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact info@alphastrandlabs.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.
