Refund Policy

All sales are final

Due to the nature of research compounds and to ensure the integrity of every product we sell, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We cannot accept returns of opened or unopened products.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, email info@alphastrandlabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or, where replacement is not possible, a full refund of the affected item.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, your order has entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

Refused or returned shipments

Packages refused at delivery or returned undeliverable through no fault of Alpha Strand Labs are not eligible for refund of original shipping costs.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
